refundable.
Missing the course? Here's what you need to know:
- You can’t get a refund your course and exam.
- You can, however, switch to a different batch (if available). If the new batch costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If it’s cheaper, you’ll get a credit for the extra amount you paid.
- There’s a catch: You can only request a switch at least 48 hours before the course
starts. After that, you’re stuck with your original batch.
Thinking of sending someone else?
That's possible too, but they'll need to attend the entire course and pass the exam to get
the certificate. This transfer also needs to be done 48 hours beforehand.
